Hello, i’m Odukwe Odira Chikaodili

Odukwe, Odira Chikaodili, embarked on her academic journey at the Enugu State University of Sciences and Technology (ESUT), where she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration. This foundational education provided her with a comprehensive understanding of public systems and the detailed mechanisms that drive effective administration. 

Acknowledging the complex nature of today's professional landscape, she filed her expertise in project management. As a certified project management professional (PMP), she learned the art of steering projects from inception to completion. Her commitment to creating safe and sustainable work environments is evident in her ability as a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management professional. In this capacity, she has diligently worked to ensure that workplaces also promote the well-being of employees. Her approach to HSE management is holistic. Her efforts have significantly contributed to nurturing a culture of safety and responsibility in every organisation she has been a part of.

Odira brings her knowledge and skills to the DNA Learning Center Nigeria, where she serves as an administrative assistant and acting human resource. In her role, she has demonstrated exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, managing administrative tasks while also addressing the complex dynamics of human resources. Her compassionate nature and strong communication skills enable her to connect with people and understand their needs.
