HR Design Strategy

  • Create standardized job descriptions and specifications for each role within the five Centers.

2. Hiring Procedure

Objective: Ensure a transparent, efficient, and fair hiring process.

Scope:

  • Develop a multi-stage recruitment process including initial screening, competency-based interviews, and practical assessments.
  • Implement a robust applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage the recruitment process.
  • Standardize interview procedures with scoring rubrics to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Establish background checks and verification processes for potential hires.


3. Salary and Allowances

Objective: Create a competitive and fair compensation structure.

Scope:

  • Conduct market research to benchmark salaries against industry standards.
  • Develop a salary structure that aligns with organizational hierarchy and roles.
  • Define allowances, including housing, transportation, and health benefits.
  • Implement a performance-based incentive scheme to reward high achievers.


4. Disengagement or Termination

Objective: Ensure a structured and legal approach to employee termination.

Scope:

  • Develop clear policies for voluntary resignation, retirement, and termination.

  • Define severance packages and ensure compliance with labour laws.
